_bittestandset, _bittestandreset, _interlockedbittestandset,
_interlockedbittestandreset, _bittest64, _bittestandcomplement64,
_bittestandset64, _bittestandreset64, _interlockedbittestandset64,
_interlockedbittestandreset64, InterlockedBitTestAndSet,
InterlockedBitTestAndReset and InterlockedBitTestAndComplement.
