	* configure.ac (BASEHEAD_LIST): Add crt/_bsd_types.h, crt/_timeval.h,
	and crt/excpt.h.
	(SECHEAD_LIST): Define to include crt/sec_api/stralign_s.h by default.
	* configure: Regenerate.
