  "message": "crt: Add Di* functions to lib32 and lib64 newdev.def\n\nnewdev.h declares DiInstallDevice, DiInstallDriverA/W, DiRollbackDriver,\nDiShowUpdateDevice (all Vista+) and DiUninstallDevice (Win7+), but the\nlib32 and lib64 import libraries do not export them, so any program\ncalling them fails to link with \"undefined reference\".
