  "message": "headers: corecrt_wstring.h: fix libc++ build\n\nlibc++ checks _CRT_CONST_CORRECT_OVERLOADS only for MSVC, and it doesn\u0027t\ncheck __CORRECT_ISO_CPP_WCHAR_H_PROTO. Instead, it uses\n_WCHAR_H_CPLUSPLUS_98_CONFORMANCE_ to decide whether to provide the\ncorrect overloads itself or use the ones provided by the system headers.\n\nWithout this macro, libc++ will provide the correct overloads itself,\nwhich will trigger -Wcast-qual because it expects the system-provided\nfunctions (e.g. wcschr) will return wchar_t* instead of const wchar_t*.\n\nPreviously, this warning was hidden, because the inclusion chain is:\ncwchar -\u003e libc++ wchar.h -\u003e our wchar.h (by #include_next) -\u003e\nsec_api/wchar_s.h -\u003e libc++ wchar.h (because no #include next)\n\nBecause our wchar.h is treated as a system header (it\u0027s placed in a path\nthat is registered with -internal-isystem), and libc++ wchar.h is\nincluded indirectly by our wchar.h, it\u0027s also treated as a system header\nby Clang even with -D_LIBCPP_HAS_NO_PRAGMA_SYSTEM_HEADER, and the\nwarnings are hidden.\n\nAfter merging wchar_s.h into wchar.h, libc++ wchar.h is no longer\nincluded by our wchar.h, and Clang will treat it as a normal header with\n-D_LIBCPP_HAS_NO_PRAGMA_SYSTEM_HEADER, then the warnings occur, and CI\nfails because -Werror is enabled.\n\nSee also: https://github.com/dragon-archer/mingw-w64/actions/runs/33171856131/job/98856450001#step:6:2011\n\nSigned-off-by: Zhongteng Gui \u003cdragon-archer@outlook.com\u003e\nSigned-off-by: LIU Hao \u003clh_mouse@126.com\u003e\n",
